To purchase Device Protection for your child(ren)'s school issued iPad or Chromebook, please fill out the Google form.

Device Protection Plan Enrollment Form

Once you have fill out the form, please send payment with your child in an envelope marked "Device Protection Plan" and include the child's name.

If you would prefer to pay online, then go to www.canton.k12.mo.us/tickets and select the Device Protection Plan event. Complete the checkout process by using a credit or debit card. Please keep your ticket as confirmation.

This protection will begin effective immediately and will run through the end of the school year.

Please be sure to read the details of the protection plan and understand that if you do not sign up for this plan you will be responsible for the full amount of any damages to the device.
